How to connect Retool with Zoho CRM

Hey Vincent! Are you blocked on the Retool side of things? If so, what error messages are you getting? A screenshot of your current resource page would also be helpful!

I am not facing any error i just have no idea how to connect, using restAPI option needs a link

Ah, okay! Here's an example set up on my end :slight_smile:

And based on this Zoho doc, it seems like https://www.zohoapis.com/invoice/v3 is the API Root Endpoint.

Have you ever connected to the Zoho API before? If so, connecting in Retool should work the same way! :slight_smile:

Is there a way to create this connection as a shared resource? I tried custom auth, but I can't use it properly once deployed in Retool. It always throws invalid token.

Hey @aseco! By shared resource, do you mean use something like client credentials? And I'd be happy to help with your error if you don't mind sharing a screenshot of your invalid token error + current setup! :slight_smile:

Hi again @victoria shared across all users. So that it can be used in workflows as well.

Custom Auth isn't currently supported in Workflows (yet! We're working on it!), but Workflows should be able to access your other resources. :slight_smile:
