How to Add App Header

I've searched and clicked. How do I add a header to an app?

@PatrickMast, thank you. As luck would have it, my component tree was scrolled so that the "Header" and "Sidebar" links were above the top of the scroll area.

Your post made me scroll the box.

So, for future searching users, to create a header, simply scroll to the top of the component tree and click on the gray "Header" link.
