Google sheets connection for "Get Spreadsheet Info" is intermittently timing out

  1. My goal: Connect to the google sheets API and use the ‘Get Spreadsheet Info’ resource.
  2. Issue: Intermittent timeouts & errors. I’ve tried pinging this resource 4 times over the course of a fer minutes:
    • 1st attempt worked
    • 2nd attempt worked
    • 3rd attempt timed out after 120 seconds
    • 4th attempt I got was ‘Premature close’ which is similar to the issue reported on https://status.retool.com/ that got a fix yesterday.

  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: Tried with both firefox and chrome. Was working at the beginning of the week and there were no changes to the connection.
  4. Additional info: Cloud hosted
