Hi @dave1,

I’ve reviewed the issue in my app and wasn’t able to reproduce it. It doesn’t appear to be a bug. The problem may be related to the data source or how the "Label" and "Value" fields are configured in the funnel chart.

Could you please share a screenshot of your data source? Alternatively, you can double-check that the data source is correctly set up and that the funnel chart’s "Label" and "Value" fields are properly configured.

Let me know if you need help reviewing the setup.

I have this same issue. When editing it is presented as expected but when loading as a view it's upside down.

Hey @dave1 and @Andrew_Skelton, great to see you both back!

Thanks for reporting this, I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. If you’re able to share an export of your app with hardcoded data (you can send it via direct message), that would help us get closer to a fix.

You can download an export with hardcoded data from here. See the screenshot below for reference.

Hi ChiEn,

I've uploaded following your instruction. kindly check and see what is the reason.
Campaign Dashboard v5 WIP.json (1.4 MB)

Thanks for sharing your export! @dave1
These are the options (see screenshots below) I chose to test the funnel, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the upside-down funnel bug you mentioned. Could you show me which option is causing the issue on your end?

Hey @dave1, just checking in to see how you’re doing and if you still need any help. If you do, could you take a look at my last message? Can you show me which option is causing the issue on your end? That would give me a better idea of how to continue helping you debug! :+1:

Hey @Andrew_Skelton, how are you doing? Do you still need help? If you’re able to share an export of your app with hardcoded data (you can send it via direct message), that would help us get closer to a fix. Thanks! :raised_hands:

Hello @Andrew_Skelton and @dave1, are you still running into this issue? Please let me know, thank you!
