Environment Switching not available to a Viewer

Question / Description: We have a user in the Viewer group (which has access to all apps and resources) but he can't switch between environments like the other users we have. The "Viewer Environments Toggle" option is already checked on the beta settings screen. What is missing?

Thanks for reaching out!

One note is that the toggle for end users looks a little bit different than it does for editors. It is hidden within the user menu in the bottom left corner, so you also need to have "Menu with Retool branding" selected under Branding->User menu.

If you only have "Powered by Retool" selected there, it won't show them the toggle.
