Dynamic Resource ID in Workflows

Is it possible to specify a resource ID for a Rest API type function in a workflow similar to how it is done with a query in a module or app?

We want to be able to run the same workflow, but have it vary by environment which is tied to unique API keys. Rather than pass the API keys around where they will get logged/exposed, we want to be able to leverage defined resources.
