Hi Retool Support Team,
I am encountering a persistent error when attempting to load a Retool application over a Starlink internet connection.
Error Details:
-
Error Message:
Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: [https://retool-edge.com/assets_vjs/SelectWidget-Dflv8sXd.js?t=](https://retool-edge.com/assets_vjs/SelectWidget-Dflv8sXd.js?t=)... -
Error ID:
a00d1eda7beb4dc7ade0e494ba0ccdb5
Troubleshooting Conducted:
-
Starlink Support: I reached out to Starlink support, and they advised me to contact Retool directly regarding CDN/edge access.
-
VPN Test: When I connect via Cloudflare WARP/VPN, the application loads immediately without any errors. Disconnecting the VPN causes the dynamic import error to return.
-
Cache: Hard refreshing and clearing browser cache on the raw connection does not resolve the issue.
It appears there may be an issue with how traffic from Starlink IP ranges / CGNAT gateways is being routed or served by the retool-edge.com CDN. Could you please investigate whether any edge-level blocks, stale cache issues, or IP filtering are affecting Starlink users for this asset domain? Are there other users experiencing the same? Thanks!
