Goal: Disable Previous button in wizard, or navigate back to a non-virtual step

Details: If a wizard step is preceded by a virtual step, the wizard allows you to go back to that virtual step by pressing 'Previous'. If you do so, the wizard navigates backwards and is then stuck on the virtual step, with no way to progress.
