I just purchase for retool license business package, i want to test function public App. But after that this function still not work . i sent email to support@retool.com imedaitely but until now after 30 days+ i still not recived any update from support Team....

Update: As of July 2026, public links to classic apps are available on paid plans: Team, Business, and Enterprise. If you self-host Retool, reach out to your account manager or the support team and request access to public links. Share your classic apps externally | Retool Docs

Public apps are only a Retool Cloud feature. Is switching to Cloud an option for you? If you aren't open to switching to Cloud, I'd recommend checking out our Business plan feature, Retool Embed, which could potentially fit your use case
