Connecting to Redis in AWS ElastiCache from Retool

Hello everyone,

we been trying to connect to our Redis server in AWS Elasticache using the tunneling without luck. We have the incoming connections opened and the retool pub key is set in one of our ec2 instances.

We are getting an issue with the auth. Getting the following error "Could not establish a connection. Try checking your database firewall configuration and whitelisting Retool's IP Address"

What are we doing wrong? Please, ask for more details if you feel we forgot to mention something.

Same issue. Any updates? I feel like it's probably because of the issue mentioned here Caching in Retool
