Communication and Collaboration software for Teams

Has anyone here managed remote teams?

What tools are you using for team communication and collaboration? Slack, WhatsApp, Notion, Connecteam—something else?

Do they actually work well for you, or do you still face issues like missed messages, slow replies, or things getting lost across different tools?

In my case, I’ve seen teams end up using a mix of tools (chat + task + docs), but it often feels a bit scattered.

Also curious if anyone has tried more dedicated internal communication platforms like MirrorFly or similar tools—do they actually make coordination easier or is it basically the same thing in a different package?

Would be great to hear what’s working in real setups.
