Looking to Integrate Messaging SDK into CRM – Any Feedback on MirrorFly?

I’m working on a CRM platform and planning to integrate a messaging SDK for real-time communication between users. I came across MirrorFly’s Instant Messaging API, and it looks they have more features , but I’m still not 100% sure.

Just wanted to ask—anyone here already tried MirrorFly for something similar? Especially for enterprise use cases? How’s the performance and customization options?

We’re aiming to build a solid enterprise collaboration SDK setup inside our CRM, so any feedback or suggestions would be super helpful. Also open to other recommendations if there’s something better out there.

Hey, jumping in with what we've seen from a couple of implementations last year (telco and healthtech...both EMEA-based). A few notes/thoughts...

Pros:

  • integrations with CRMs or ERPs are pretty smooth and the docs/support team is actually responsive (surprisingly fast in most cases)
  • the SDK is super flexible and feature-rich so you’re not boxed in by their UI...you should be able to brand and tweak just about everything
  • performance is generally solid (caveat: at large scale, we've seen lag, dropped connections, or random hiccups start to creep in)

Cons:

  • the biggest knock is honestly that it doesn't have any of the fancy AI features of its peers and what they do have on their roadmap is slow to roll out...it covers all the messaging basics but you won't get amazing moderation (a big deal in some use cases or countries where regulation puts the onus on the platform/marketplace provider)
  • make sure you're comfortable owning the UI/UX....if you need drag-and-drop tools or fast prototyping (think no-code builders), you’ll hit walls here . (the support/dev team are helpful but you're not going to get much in terms of "out of the box" UI kits or even sample projects)

Alternatives:

  • Weavy (as @himanshu.sharma posted above) is the usual alternative we see. It's more "batteries included" than MirrorFly (which is the better DIY/white label option).
  • We love Stream and use it a bunch. It has richer features, more robust UI for consumer-grade experiences and enables a great prototyping → launch → scale progression. It's less open (you have to take the UI as-is in many cases) and a total non-starter if you need self-hosting or on-premise though.

Yep, Weavy is built to be a white-label solution. Basically, you drop in their components (chat, comments, files, messenger, even AI copilot) directly into your app and they take on your branding. There’s no “Weavy” logo or external service your users see — it all looks like it’s part of your product.

A few nice things:

  • You can style it with CSS variables to match your brand colors, borders, and dark mode.
  • It authenticates with your existing user system, so no extra logins.
  • Your users never leave your platform — it all runs inside your app.

So when you embed Weavy, your users just see your chat, your comments, your copilot, not “powered by Weavy.”

What is the price range Weavy? is less price than Mirrorfly’s enterprise chat software?

Chiming in too.

Weavy is $249/month with unlimited users - no per-user fees. That's usually way cheaper than enterprise solutions like Mirrorfly at scale, since most per-user pricing gets expensive fast when you have a lot of CRM users.

The flat rate also makes budgeting simpler. Plus Weavy integrates into Retool as custom components pretty easily.

What size team are you building this CRM for?

What it does is creating custom components in your Retool account so you can easliy just drag and drop the different collaboration components we have (https://www.weavy.com/product) into the app.

In the background a workflow is created using the logged in user to sync with Weavy so users can instantly start chat with each other.

For contextual chats (like a chat on a record view for example) you use the chat component (AI Collaboration)

For a full messenger experience (similar to a WhatsApp UI) you can use the messenger component (Messenger)
