Can't get Workflow to work

I am pretty much at Grade 0 with workflow.
I am attaching 3 screen shots. The first 2 show my inputs and the third shows the email output.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @mdsmith1 I think you need to use “value.mCName” rather than “item.mCName”
