Building an internal app login page

I'm trying to build an app for a client and need a way to give users access using an internal management system.

I've tried the retool permissions but I will have multiple client in the future and want each client to control their user permissions within the app as they could feasibly have hundreds of users that would need to be added, as well as different users requiring access to different parts of the app.

Is there a simple way to do this?
