The notification that tells you that your secondary environment is disabled on a given application does not actually inform you what resource(s) is/are improperly configured.

I've had a fix for this issue. It'll be fixed next week and will show you which resource is missing environment.
I am afraid there is still a bug with it. I already made sure to remove any resources that are not configured for the environment i want to use
