Hi @ali-sajjad-rizavi, we cannot access customers' apps anymore and adding us as editors may have an impact on your bill. Let's check for a couple of things:

Check if you have editor access. If you are the admin, you should. If not, reach out to your admin to make the necessary updates on your User Group.

Check if there are any versions released, we may be editing a different version than the published version.
