Retool (Cloud Hosted) is unable to connect to an AWS RDS SQL Server (MSSQL) database instance unless the associated security group allows all traffic (all ports) from the specified source IPs. When access is restricted to only TCP port 1433, which is the standard port for SQL Server, Retool consistently fails to connect with a timeout (ETIMEDOUT).
