Offline mode is not enabled, but the online and offline banners still appears at the top, and a user reported getting a sync error that they didn't know how to clear.
If I turn offline mode on and compare changes to the published version, this is what I see, so the published version should not have offline mode enabled, but I can see the online banner in the app, and offline manager is accessible.

Thanks for reporting this !
We recently did some work to show network indicator even if offline mode is not enabled.
However, I realized banner mode is not respecting offline mode is enabled or not. To fix this, can you try this ?
- enable offline mode
- change banner mode to "default"
- turn off offline mode
Meanwhile, I can fix this problem in next week's release.
I will push a release tonight and see how it goes
