I didn't see any Workflow related endpoints in the API reference.
The idea would be to create an app to monitor the health of workflows by proactively surfacing any failed queries in a table and having some metrics for % of successful queries

Also +1 from my side. I think this feature would be very helpful since it would be like having a database for the workflow run history. In development, you have to worry about one less thing that would be already implemented in the background.
