it would be helpful to see average run times, error vs successful runs, most run workflows, etc. in usage analytics.

Thanks for reaching out, @Shegs! This is a fairly popular request and one that I think will only get more traction now that we've released a nice dashboard for the newly released Agents feature. I've updated our internal tracking doc and will follow up here as soon as I have news to share.
