Retool AI showing openAICustomApiKeyEnabled error

We are getting an AI error in the app while building. I’m trying to understand what could be the issue and would appreciate guidance.

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to app edit.

• Click the AI / Retool AI tab.

I have tried clearing the cache and logging out and back in. Nothing has helped. Any guidance would be helpful.

We’re seeing the same problem, it’s blocking any app edits for me (it breaks all the tabs in the sidebar)
