Add Ability to Drag Debug Window to Other Monitors & Show Inspector & Code Sidebars on Other Monitors While in Preview Mode

I use 4 monitors and it would be great to be able to watch the Debug window and State on one of my secondary monitors while using my app.

It would also be nice to be able to use edit mode, while in preview mode. By this I mean, show the Component Tree, Code, and inspect sidebars on other monitors while the app is in full-screen, preview mode.

Thanks, @Sam_S we're tracking requests for this in our backlog. I'll follow up here if our team is able to prioritize this

@Tess if they could even just allow the debug window on other monitors, it would be tremendously helpful! Thanks!
