Zoom in/out workflow sometimes zooms in/out browser

If you use the hotkey ctrl + scroll up/down you can easily zoom in and out on workflows. it caps at 50% at 100% though and if you scroll down to try and zoom out past 50% it will start using the browser zoom out. this only seems to happen if while you're zooming out your mouse is hovering over a block or side panel
