As with other resources, is it possible to see where vectors have been used? I have a bunch of (test)vectors now and don't know anymore which ones have ben used in apps.

I don't think we give any visibility into that, actually. 
I'll talk to the owning team to see what a solution might look like and provide an update here as soon as possible!
