Unclear if JS workflow blocks are running

  1. My goal: Understand the Retool UI and ensuring workflow actually runs

  2. Issue: The workflow I have says in the logs that each of the blocks are running, however the icons i see and the fact they are greyed out makes me think that it was skipped

The logs showing that each block ran, along with the green "successfully finished" status, means they did actually run successfully. You're right that the greyed out icons only show in Retool UI when blocks are skipped, but if a block was skipped, it should also say that in the written logs.

It’s odd that the grey/skip icon of the blocks doesn't seem to match the logs. To dig into this further, could you DM me a JSON export of your workflow so I can try to reproduce what you're seeing?

Also, is this happening every time you run the workflow, or does it seem like a one-off?
