Sticky Headers: Freeze Table Header / Column(s)

Would it be possible to implement the ability to freeze header / columns (aka sticky headers) for the table component? For example, if I have a table with a large number of columns, when I scroll horizontally I might lose track of which row I’m looking at, so it’d be useful to “freeze” the first column (e.g. title). Likewise for when there are a large number of rows and columns and I want to scroll vertically, it’d be useful to “freeze” the header so I know which column is which.
