I have a simple stepped container, that is "Expanded to fit" the main frame. When I go to add another component, this happens:

It flickers the scroll bars very rapidly.

This happens as well within drawers and side bars whenever Expanded to fit is enabled. Not only when adding component, but often also when selecting the component already there (in my case, frequently see this with forms)
