This kind of behavior typically means you've exhausted the connection limit on the resource. I can restart the associated compute instance in order to free up connection slots once you confirm the above. In general, though, RetoolDB is not intended to support high traffic production use cases. That said, you can squeeze a little more juice out of it by using the pooled connection string whenever connecting from outside Retool.
