I've a question about Workflows Runs. As mentioned in Pricing that in Free Plan 500/month and In Team and Business Plan 5000/ Plan. Here is the Question that these 500/month Or 5000/month Workflow Runs is for per User in an Organization OR For All Users in an Organization.

these are for all users in an organization.
