Retool Very Slow when Navigating Between Apps

Hi,

We have a Retool cloud account and have built several modules for our internal business users.

We've noticed that in the last week, navigating between apps is taking a very long time (upwards of 10-30+ seconds). The URL changes to the destination app that the user wants to go to, but the page itself doesn't render quickly.

Is there a way for you to check our account and provide recommendations on how to fix this issue?

Sorry to hear you're running into this.

Can you email performance@retool.com with some additional details, namely:

  • What is the name of the org
  • Can you share a JSON export of the slow apps (from "... menu" in top right when editing the app)
  • Does this repro on multiple computers/network connections?
