i have put .proto file inside retool-onpremise/protos. i am using trial version, then i restart with syntax ./local-trial. but after restarting, there are no list of grpc on service name field

You may need to manually stop and start the containers. Are you able to check the logs of the JOBS_RUNNER container and see if there are any errors parsing these files? There should also be logs indicating that these files are being successfully parsed.
