The live public standalone Retool form is redirecting to the login page. After attempting to log in, I receive a "Page Not Found" error. I also tried accessing the form directly from the editor and encountered the same issue. [SR]

Was just getting back here to let you all know the revert landed and a hard-refresh should get things back to normal!
