[Resource Query] Support for Azure Cosmos DB Partial Document Update

Hello everyone,

In Retool, when using the CosmosDB ressource query it would be nice to support the Partial document update in Azure Cosmos DB (also known as Patch API). As for now, "only" creation, read, deletion, or full-content replacement are supported.
