Reinstalling a previously deleted app

Hi,

In ReTool I installed and then uninstalled the HubSpot app previously. I also deleted the ReTool connection in the HubSpot apps section.

I am now trying to reinstall the HubSpot app but keep getting the error "Authorization failed because there is a mismatch between the scopes in the install URL and the app's configured scopes. Please contact the app developer."

It seems that HubSpot is holding on to some previous settings and I don't remember which scopes were chosen. What can I do?

Hi @Andrew_Skelton,

I looks like you will need to match your scopes you configure in Retool with the ones you have created in your account in Hubspot. If you still have access to the Hubspot account, you will fiind your scopes there. Here is a link to help you in Hubsport.

I found that this was a known issue in the connector that has existed for at least a year. As a workaround I did a custom integration using rest API.
