Add missing Hubspot app scopes

Retool's HubSpot app currently only asks for a subset of available scopes when authorizing using oAuth. This creates a situation where the HubSpot resource UI offers API endpoints that are actually unavailable due to the missing scopes., such as the Subscriptions API which requires communication_preferences.read scope that is not requested by Retool's own HubSpot app and is therefore unavailable.

The missing scopes have been added to the list. The fix for this issue was included on Retool Cloud latest version, 3.42.0. If you are using Self-hosted Retool, it will take a couple more weeks. Please let us know if you are still having issues.
