Radio button designs like this possible?

Hi guys, I was wondering if it is already possible to style radio buttons like this:

And if not, why? The default radio buttons are kinda not enough and I think these radio buttons would lead to a better user experience.

There are a few different approaches you can take to achieve a similar app. Here's a

I'd recommend it without the radio buttons to have a more user friendly experience. If you click the radio button it does not select the card which could lead to some confusion. Let me know if this answers your question and if you have any follow up questions!
