Port Local Development to Self Hosted

Hello,
I built the last weeks an application, which is now far enough I would like to deploy the whole thing to our AWS servers, where we can continue working on it in a small group and have user testing it.
I found the documentation on how to deploy it on AWS (and other):

But if we do that, we have an empty ReTool, my app(s) are nowhere to be found, since we did a fresh install! How do we import the created apps from my local environment?

I can't seem to find any hint of that anywhere?

Ok, I think I found it. I can just create a new App from JSON, which is an export of my locally created app.
