Hey @Darren you should modify this thread as it's the first result on google. The proper way to call a webhook when you cannot add a custom header is to put your api key in the workflowApiKey url parameter https://api.retool.com/v1/workflows/.../startTrigger?workflowApiKey=retool_wk_...
Also I don't see this in the actual webhook documentation, may want to mention it

Welcome to the community, @meyerovb! Thanks for the suggestion, as well - that didn't even cross my mind when putting that response together.
It's not unusual for third-party integrations to have various restrictions, including the inability to set custom headers. There's a brief mention of this alternative authentication method that you've outlined in our docs, but I agree that it could be more discoverable.
