What time zone are you in? And I assume this is production data?
Hey @Darren, thanks for reaching out! I am in pacific timezone (San Francisco) and yes it is production data stored in the Retool database. I only want to update a table called dtl_crm_new. Here is my domain as well: https://tandemspace.retool.com/. And restoration to May 21st at 8am would be ideal!
Great - we can't directly restore your database, but I've created a snapshot of it that you can access at https://tandemspace.retool.com/resources/ee66ae22-7e92-4ce7-81f5-b4c188b97feb. Note that this resource will only be valid for the next week for so, meaning you'll want to retrieve your data sooner than later.
You have a couple options for getting the data back into your own RetoolDB. I'd probably recommend that you write a query which pulls down the contents of the dtl_crm_new table, download the result as a .csv file, and then upload it into RetoolDB.
