Can you share a screen recording or screen shots of this behavior?

Is the app giving you an error message or is the util method running but not changing anything?

If you provide some kind of context, you'd probably get more helpful responses. Like returned error messages or, like @Jack_T mentioned, a screenshot of or video of the unexpected behavior or what logs from your console when you're trying to navigate to a different page. Or some code snippets if any custom logic is being handled, etc.

It looks like we had an incident on our cloud where the utils.openPage() method broke but has since been fixed.
