Native RTL (Right-to-Left) in Retool

I am reaching out today on behalf of a large and active community of developers from Israel. We extensively use Retool for building internal tools and custom business solutions for our clients.

As you know, languages like Hebrew are written from right-to-left (RTL). While existing CSS options allow for some text direction adjustments, we have consistently encountered significant limitations:

Inconsistent Component Behavior: CSS solutions do not apply uniformly across all Retool components, leading to a fragmented and unprofessional user experience. Many components, such as tables, forms, and menus, do not respond correctly to RTL directionality using CSS alone.
Operational Complexity: Maintaining custom RTL CSS for each individual application is a complex and time-consuming task, increasing the risk of errors and inconsistencies.
Poor User Experience: The lack of native RTL support severely impacts the user experience for Hebrew speakers, making systems built with Retool cumbersome and unintuitive for them.
The ability to build Retool applications with full RTL support is critical for us and our clients. It would allow us to expand our use of your excellent platform and deliver high-quality, tailored solutions for the Israeli market.

We kindly request that you consider adding native, built-in RTL support as an essential feature to the system. This step would significantly enhance the platform for a large user base and help you reach new audiences.

Thank you for your attention.
