I noticed that the cloud and self hosted versions of retool don't have the same options in the select field where you can customize the column type. Is it part of the enterprise plan ?

The self hosted version of Retool has a longer release cycle between new versions to give more time to test on prem only features that aren't active on Cloud. The new column types that are releasing on Cloud now likely won't be available for a few weeks, but when they are they will be available on the Starter plan as well!
