Hi Tess,

Yes I have tokens there.
I also have a Jira login button in my app and I have created an alert that receives the Jira error.
I get this error even after using the login button in my app.

Hi @assertnotnull Thanks for confirming! :thinking: It's strange; I haven't been able to reproduce this yet & haven't seen similar issues with other customer apps. Any chance I can log in to your app to take a look?

Apologies for the delay! I was able to step in.

I made a copy of your app where I modified the server variables, does the app copy work? Also noting that share credentials should be working if that is something that you wanted to use

Great! I copied the domain value from your resource and replaced the domain server value that you had in your query
