Issues with Okta API Integration on self hosted

Setup SAML SSO between retool and Okta. The normal sign in integration works fine.

Followed the steps outlined here: Provision users with SCIM | Retool Docs ,but when I enter the API token in Okta it gives this error message.

Has anyone seen this before? And know a fix.

Hey @jhagstrom! We generally see that error when the Retool instance has some firewall / security settings that only allow requests from a certain set of IP addresses. You likely have not allowed the addresses in your Okta instances IP range. They have some docs on how to find the cell your instance is in, and a complete list of ranges for each cell.

Let us know if you have any issues after changing that!
