I was wondering, if there was an Conversational AI Chat to ask about this and that.
I created a Custom GPT for a subscription service I am using, fed it the API schema and crawled the developer docs, so now I have a smart helper for everything related to API Calling and functionallity
I am aware of https://practicemode.retool.com/p/retool-ai-helper but I fell the usability and disappearing prompts are a bit of a limitation
So has anyone been working on a retool GPT or similar that can do long format conversations ?

The team has been hard at work building the sort of assistant functionality you're talking about into the Retool product itself and we'll have more information to share about that in the next couple months.
I've seen some of the early demos and I can say I'm confident this will help you with exactly what you're asking for, in addition to being an even faster way to help you build Retool apps.

I really love the current implementation already. to prompt the system and let it write. a query for you based on the schema is just fantastic.
But is still missing is an "edit" opportunity I can always just delete the whole code and prompt it from new and not. edit just a single bit based on context as far as I know. Happy to learn otherwise
Also in the workflow environment, the ai assistant is not available for api queries at least not for graph ql, This would be super helpful to just enable it like in the apps
