Retool doesn't display very small images correctly like the ones below.
Changing the ratio doesn't work
The image is just stretched to be too big.

It looks like if you fit the image to the center it will remain as the small size. Would it help if we allowed you to customize the ratio?
What if I want the image to remain small and at its actual size yet I want the excessive white padding around it to be gone?
It doesn't look like you can remove the white space currently 
I'll reach out if we're able to ship a feature for allowing you to remove or configure the ratio field.
