Inline Dropdown Button inside of Table

Actions are awesome, however they end up taking like half of the table when its more than two - I'd love to have a dropdown button of actions that a person can select from to save screen real estate

I have tried on a few occasions to hack a menu together using Html columns or tag columns, but have been unsuccessful so far.

We'll definitely be bringing a version of this to Table at some point.

The new table has Row Actions now has an Overflow row action section that can finally accomplish a table row drop down action/context menu.
