If on-prem, please let me know your Retool version number. Also, to isolate the source of why your query might be failing, are you able to confirm if you’re able to upload a single file to S3, or does that fetch fail as well? In case you haven’t already gotten a chance to read our doc on setting up a S3 resource, this section on testing your S3 connection is useful to rule out any auth issues.
