How to change the logo in Retool invitation emails

When we invite a user, it should show our icon and not the retool icon. I understand we can't change the FROM email. Is the same on enterprise?

Anything we can do to remove this?

Yes, you will have to use a workflow to change the icon at this current time. I can submit a feature request if you think this would be helpful to have in-built?

Hey hey @JJKne :waving_hand: Circling back in case anyone else lands here. Great news, things have changed since the original thread!

You no longer need a workflow to update the logo in Retool emails. It's now built into your org's Branding settings (available on Business and Enterprise plans). Upload your logo there, and your invite, password reset, and verification emails will show your branding instead of Retool's.

One key thing: the custom logo only kicks in once you've also set a From name and Reply-to address. Leave those blank and emails fall back to the default Retool logo, so don't skip them.
