Retool does not offer a feature to change the default date format to a custom format into the table filter.

As previously mentioned, there currently isn't a way to change the formatting of that particular filter field. If it's something you're really interested in, though, I can bring it up with the team. :+1:

I will highlight that, despite the placeholder text, users are free to enter the date in whatever format they choose when filling out that particular field!
